Effective Marketing: To attract the right guests, we employ a multi-faceted marketing approach. We actively promote the property across various platforms frequented by individuals seeking short-term or mid-term stays.
Screening Guests: In order to protect your property and the safety of any other people living there, we screen all of our guests through built in software to ensure we are only having the highest quality people coming in and out of your property.
Relief from Property Concerns: Our commitment extends to fully managing the property during the lease term. This means addressing the needs of the occupants and promptly resolving any issues that may arise. We strive to keep your property in a “for sale” show condition at all times.
Repairs and Maintenance: We've found that most maintenance concerns can be resolved within a budget of $200. Therefore, we typically establish an agreement with our landlords where we personally handle any repairs or damages up to this amount in order to make sure that you are as headache-free as you can be.
